With an increase in sales of more than 40 percent to 682 million euros and an increase in earnings of almost 38 percent to 61 million euros, Hensoldt can look back on a strong first half of 2022. The good business situation is supported by new orders with a volume of 948 million euros, which increased the order backlog to 5.4 billion euros, as the company writes in a press release.
Hensoldt names the four TRS-4D radars for the German Navy's F126 multi-purpose frigates and the service contract for the Air Force's Eurofighters as important new orders.
