Combat Division (K)
The armament and usage management for the following weapon systems and theThe associated components form the focus of the BAAINBw Combat Department.
Combat, recovery, engineer, bridge and transport tanks, infantry systems as well as a wide variety of armament, air defense and artillery systems are located in the combat department.
Four pure project groups bring together the BAAINBw's specialist expertise
- ground-based air defense/territorial missile defense (K3),
- Guided missiles (LFK) for ships and aircraft, dropped ammunition, anti-tank (K4),
- armored combat and transport systems (K5) as well
- Barrel weapon systems, ammunition and ordnance/explosive ordnance defense (K6),
supplemented with regard to detonators and joint tactical fire support (K1).
Bei ihrer Aufgabenwahrnehmung im Projekt- und Nutzungsmanagement sowie der Forschung und Technologie werden diese vier Gruppen durch die querschnittlichen Gruppen Wirtschaft/Technik (K1) und Wirtschaft/Recht (K2) unterstützt.
