The handgun manufacturer Heckler & Koch closed the financial year with a slight decline in sales of 3.7 million euros to 301.4 million euros. The operating result fell by 19.8 million euros to 62.2 million euros. Heckler & Koch attributes this to high investment activity. Both figures are the second best annual figures that Heckler & Koch have ever achieved, the company writes.

The company from Baden-Württemberg is once again paying particular attention to the decision of the Federal Ministry of Defense to equip the Bundeswehr with the HK416 under the designations G95A1 and G95KA1. “The agreed framework agreement will ensure good capacity utilization for years to come. Thanks to early investments and forward-looking material procurement, we would even be able to supply the Bundeswehr earlier than planned,” said Koch.

Heckler & Koch also supports Ukraine. “Almost our entire product portfolio is in use there, from pistols to assault rifles and heavy machine guns to 40 mm caliber grenade machine guns, to name just a few examples,” explained Sales Director Marco Geißinger.

The company wants to continue its proven course of growth and innovation in conjunction with the sustained reduction in debt levels.
