As part of the restructuring of Airbus' civil aircraft construction, Airbus' civil aircraft construction activities in Germany are to be bundled into Premium AEROTEC GmbH. For this purpose, the management of the companies was re-staffed.
Zum Vorsitzenden der Geschäftsführung der Premium AEROTEC GmbH wurde André Walter bestimmt. Er ist Thomas Ehm nachgefolgt, der sein Mandat zum 1. September niedergelegt hat, aber bis zum Jahresende beratend tätig bleibt.
Neben André Walter hat der Aufsichtsrat Gerd Weber und Sebastian Peters zu Geschäftsführern bestellt. Walter war bisher Vorsitzender der Geschäftsführung der Airbus Aerostructures GmbH, Weber Vorsitzender der Geschäftsführung der Airbus Operations GmbH und Peters Leiter der Business Unit „Premium AEROTEC Industry“.
The two other managing directors of the GmbH, Joachim Nagele and Ulrich Weber, have also resigned from their offices. Nagele took over the management of the Operations division in the Premium AEROTEC Industry division on September 1st and Weber retired.
