Katja Ziegler has been Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Managing Director of ESG Elektroniksystem- und Logistik-GmbH since the beginning of September and has joined Chief Executive Officer Christoph Otten. She succeeds Mihaela Seidl, who was appointed CFO and member of the board of the electricity distributor BayWa re in May this year.
Ziegler kommt von der Ingenieurgesellschaft Auto und Verkehr (IAV) wo sie in 13 Jahren über verschiedene Führungspositionen im Finanzbereich bis zur kaufmännischen Geschäftsführerin und CFO der IAV-Gruppe avancierte. Davor war sie als Controllerin bei der MAN Truck and Bus tätig.
