The Federal Office for Equipment, Information Technology and Use of the Bundeswehr (BAAINBw) is receiving new leadership. As the editorial team has learned from well-informed circles, the previous president of the BAAINBw, Gabriele Korb, has been dismissed from office. The Ministry of Defense apparently informed the members of the Defense Committee today that Annette Lehnigk-Emden, current vice president of the BAAINBw, is to succeed Korb.
According to reports, the personnel decision will be officially announced later in the day.
