At the end of October 2022, Germany ordered the procurement of 600 Rolling Airframe Missile (RAM) Block 2B ship-to-air missiles for the frigates via US government agencies from RAM-System GmbH (ESuTreported). The missiles are scheduled for delivery between 2024 and 2029.
