ES & T:At the end of June, three summit conferences discussed the security situation in Europe and the world after Putin's attack on Ukraine. After these summits, is the West well enough positioned to prevent Ukraine from losing the war?
Lambrecht:The West has shown impressive unity at all summit conferences. Especially with the "New Force Model" decided in Madrid, the Russian aggressors should be aware that NATO is making forces available on a completely new scale and with high responsiveness.
