The Hamburg Plath Group intends to accelerate its growth course by spinning off business units into independent companies. The Signal Products business unit was spun off into Plath Signal Products GmbH & Co. KG, as the company writes in a press release. Under the leadership of Roland Meixner, the company is concentrating on expanding the product business with high-quality and innovative hardware.

The previous business units Systems & Integration and Radio Reconnaissance Software now appear on the market as Plath GmbH & Co. KG. Led by Nico Scharfe and Hinrich Brüggmann - both also managing directors of the parent company - Plath GmbH, as a system integrator, focuses on the expansion of the system business from now on. The two new companies have been independent since April 1 and have their headquarters in Hamburg.

The parent company Plath Corporation GmbH (formerly Plath GmbH) now fulfills holding tasks in the new organization and offers shared services for all companies within the PLATH Group. "With the spin-offs of the two new companies, we are laying further strategic groundwork in order to continue our growth course," explains Nico Scharfe, Managing Partner of Plath Corporation GmbH.
