As part of the reorganization of junior management training, the training command has developed a modular shooting training system, shooting training on land operations.
In the past, the focus was still on individual shooter training and the implementation of shooting in close and close range, now a new methodical approach is chosen. The early connection of the contents conveyed in the shooting training with the combat service is an elementary component of the training in the sense of the newly formulated mission. The aim of this adaptation is, in addition to acquiring the basic qualification of the individual marksman, a further, dynamic and troop-compatible qualification of the soldier.
The next generation of leaders is introduced to their role as tactical leaders, trainers and educators at an early stage in the preparation, implementation and follow-up of shooting training, including combat shooting, depending on the respective use.
