Während des Aufbaus des SCHUBERTH Standes (5P-020) konnte man erste Blicke auf eine neuartige Helmstudie für fliegendes Personal werfen und erste Informationen dazu einholen.
The Magdeburg helmet specialist SCHUBERTH GmbH has been working together with its cooperation partner AUTOFLUG on a helmet study for flying personnel for some time. In addition to a fully integrated CBRN solution (NBC protection), the system is characterized by modular ballistic protection adapted to the hazard, a sight cassette with laser protection lens and numerous interfaces. The helmet can be combined with active earmuffs and, similar to modern safety helmet designs, has a slot for night vision goggles and rails on the side of the helmet.
Eine absolute Neuerung stellt die durch den Nutzer mögliche Größenverstellung dar, welche, anders als bei derzeitigen Helmsystemen, keine langwierigen Anpassungen durch Fachpersonal nötig macht.
